Free Range Personal training encompasses body awareness, strength training, cardiovascular work, balance, breath work, stretching and mobility. Along with your typical equipment, I use unconventional tools such as kettle bells, club-bells and steel maces to make training a little more exciting!

Steel Mace & Mace Flow
Come learn how to swing the steel mace, a primeval combat methodology of training. Unique for its uneven nature, the workouts challenge core stability, grip strength, and need for mind/body awareness. Practice enough and learn how to enter a flow state.
